Fish exports down 11% in value while volume increased by 4%
The export value of fish products saw an 11% decline in the first 11 months of 2020 compared to the same period in 2019. This figure is, however, 7% higher than in 2018.
Although the value has decreased, the volume of fish exports has never been higher, going up 4% on 2019 and 14% compared to 2018.
Salmon exports saw the greatest decline in the first 11 months of 2020, going down by 16% in both value (DKK 600 million) and in volume (10,000 tonnes) compared to the first 11 months of 2019.
