Slight year-on-year drop in import value
The import value in the period from February 2020 to January 2021 was DKK 8 billion, which is approx. DKK 400 million less than in the previous 12-month period.
The table below shows the February 2020-January 2021 import values compared to the previous 12-month period.
The roughly DKK 400 million year-on-year drop in import value is predominantly due to decreased imports of vessels and fuel.
Imports in most other commodity groups either increased or remained largely unchanged.
